Ready to change your future by joining ours?

While the hiring process may differ from case to case, we thought you’d like a roadmap of the journey. From applicant profile to offer letter, here’s a preview of the T-Mobile hiring experience:

Introductions.  Creating your personal job profile is a virtual handshake. (And remember, no one likes a wimpy grip.) Click on Sign Up Now to get started. You’ll be able to upload your resume and set up email alerts about new jobs that match your criteria.

Get the ball rolling.  Start by searching our jobs to find positions that align with your experience and qualifications. Once you’ve identified potential jobs and created your profile, you’re ready for the easy part: clicking “apply.” We’ll send you an email confirmation and start reviewing your credentials. If you’re a match, we’ll contact you soon about your status.

Quality qualifications.  When applying for certain positions, you may receive an online assessment. These initial questions help us pinpoint your availability, skills, and experience. We’ll let you know as soon as possible if you’ve met our requirements and whether you need to complete a more detailed assessment.

Get the ball rolling even faster.  If after reviewing your information we think there’s a potential fit, we’ll set up an initial interview. This will take place on the phone or in person, and may involve several members of our team.

Next step.  Hopefully your initial interview went well and we both agree you’re a good match for the position. We may need to schedule further interviews with other team members, but we’ll let you know either way.

Background check?  Before making an offer, we need to do a background check, which includes a criminal check and education and employment verification. Some positions also require a motor vehicle check.

Drum roll, please.  Say we determine you’re the best fit for the position. Say we invite you to join the T-Mobile team. Say you receive a follow-up letter offering you the job. What will you say?
