  • Q. I can’t access my profile. I forgot my user name and/or password.
    • A. If you forgot your user name and/What to Expect password, go to the profile sign in page and click on the links for "Forgot your password?" or "Forgot your user name?" Follow the instructions to retrieve your information.

  • Q. What if I don’t have a resume?
    • A. No worries! If you don’t have a resume, you have an opportunity to enter all of your information in your profile. To get started, create a profile or find a job that you’re interested in and click the "Apply Online" button.

  • Q. What happens after I apply to a position?
    • A. The T-Mobile Talent Acquisition team will be notified that you’re interested in the opportunity. If your experience and qualifications are a good match for the position, you may be contacted by a T-Mobile representative.

      In the meantime, we encourage you to continue reviewing our complete list of job openings and apply to positions you feel best fit your experience and qualifications.

  • Q. What happens if I create a profile without applying for a position?
    • A. When you create a profile, your information is stored in our system. If we find that your experience and qualifications match a job at T-Mobile, we may contact you and invite you to apply.

      You also have the opportunity to sign up for a Saved Search and have our system match you to positions for which you may be qualified. To set up a Saved Search, see What is a Saved Search?

  • Q. What if I don’t see a position that interests me?
    • A. Sign up for a Saved Search and you’ll be notified when a position is available that meets your interests.

  • Q. What is a Saved Search?
    • A. A Saved Search is an online tool that searches our open jobs to identify positions that match your interests. If you sign up to receive Saved Search email alerts, you’ll receive automatic email messages about current opportunities that meet your requirements.

      To sign up for the Saved Search, click "Save this Search" on the right side of the Job Search page. Then enter your search criteria and you’ll be prompted to sign in to your profile. Simply name your search and click the "Save" button. Once you finish saving your search, you’ll be signed up to automatically receive email alerts.

  • Q. Why am I receiving email alerts regarding job openings?
    • A. If you’re receiving emails about T-Mobile job openings, you signed up for Saved Search email alerts. Based on the criteria you entered in your profile, you’re receiving emails for current opportunities that meet your interests.

      To turn off these alerts, simply sign in to your profile and follow these steps:
      Click on "My Jobs" page and click on the "My Saved Searches" page. Locate your Saved Search and click the "Delete" link directly below the search to discontinue email alerts.

  • Q. How do I edit my contact information, email address, resume, or employment preferences?
    • A. Making changes to your profile is easy. First, sign in to your profile and then click the "My Jobs" page. On the right side of the page, click the "Access My Profile" link. You will land on the "Summary" page, where you can view your information. To make edits, click the "Edit" link next to the appropriate section and be sure to save your changes before exiting your profile.

  • Q. Why do I need to complete an assessment?
    • A. For certain positions, we may ask you to complete an assessment so that we can better understand your experience and qualifications.

      If you’re applying for different positions, you might be asked to answer some of the same assessment questions again. If you apply for the same position multiple times, you may only be required to complete the assessment once.

  • Q. How can I access the assessment?
    • A. You can access the assessment by signing in to your profile, clicking the "My Jobs" page, and then clicking the "View Submission" link below the job to which you’ve applied. Click on the "Assessment" step within the status bar near the top of the page to access the assessment.

      Before accessing the assessment, please be sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.

      Retail and Sales Applicants:

      - This assessment must be completed within one sitting.
      - Please allow up to 1 hour and 15 minutes so you will have enough time to complete the full assessment.
      - You must use an Internet Explorer browser, which can be downloaded from Microsoft.com.
      - If you don’t have access to a personal computer that meets these requirements, public computers, such as those at   libraries, Internet cafés, or business centers, are a good resource for running this assessment.

      Customer Service Applicants:

      - Public computers, such as those at libraries, Internet cafés, or business centers, cannot support Call-Center   assessments.
      - You must use an Internet Explorer browser, which can be downloaded from Microsoft.com.
      - You must have your sound turned on.
      - If you don’t have access to a computer that meets these requirements, please contact your local call center directly.

  • Q. What if I didn’t pass the assessment?
    • A. The assessment takes into account many different factors and compiles information to get a final score. The final score reflects whether the position is the right fit for you, as well as assessing whether you are a fit for the position. While this position may not have been a good match for you now, we hope you’ll continue to apply for additional positions that match your experience, qualifications, and interests.

  • Q. I passed the assessment. Why haven’t I been contacted for an interview?
    • A. The T-Mobile Talent Acquisition team will be notified that you have passed your assessment and, if your experience and qualifications are a good match for the position, you may be contacted by a T-Mobile representative.

      In the meantime, we encourage you to continue reviewing our complete list of job openings and apply to positions you feel best fit your experience and qualifications.

  • Q. How can I meet a T-Mobile recruiter?
    • A. Visit the Events section of our site where you’ll find a calendar of events that T-Mobile plans to attend. Representatives will be available to answer your questions and discuss current career opportunities with T-Mobile.

  • Q. Do you offer relocation?
    • A. Yes, in some cases. In other cases, we try to use local talent. We recommend applying for positions that you think are the best fit for you and are located in your geographical preference.

  • Q. How do I learn more about T-Mobile’s products and services?
    • A. To find out more about our company, our mobile solutions, and/or becoming a customer, visit our company website here.

  • Q. After reviewing all of this information, I still have questions. What should I do?
